In one-to-one coaching, as the name suggests, there is one-to-one discussion between the business coach and the entrepreneur. There are 2 or 4 coaching sessions per month. Tracking the goals till they are achieved. Similar to a gym trainer pushing the trainee toward achieving fitness goals, the business coach will push the entrepreneur toward achieving the set business goals.

Health check of the organization and ensuring that the weak points are taken care of.

How to get more time for the entrepreneur so that he/she can do those activities which he/she loves.
