One-to-one coaching

In one-to-one coaching, as the name suggests, there is one-to-one discussion between the business coach and the entrepreneur. There are 2 or 4 coaching sessions per month. In these discussions, the agenda is determined based on the priorities of the business enterprise and the entrepreneur. A majority of discussions revolves around the following:

  • Strategic Planning.

  • Goals setting and achievement planning.

  • Devising a tactical marketing plan.

  • Strategic Taxation Planning for saving taxes through legal ways.

  • SWOT analysis of the organization.

  • How to increase the profit of the organization ?

  • Seeing whether the size of the organization is optimum.

  • How to prepare the right team and processes so that business can run on a virtual auto-pilot.

  • Identifying roadblocks or obstacles of the business.

  • Tracking the goals till they are achieved. Similar to a gym trainer pushing the trainee toward achieving fitness goals, the business coach will push the entrepreneur toward achieving the set business goals.

  • Health check of the organization and ensuring that the weak points are taken care of.

  • How to get more time for the entrepreneur so that he/she can do those activities which he/she loves.
