One to one coaching

In one-to-one coaching as the name suggests there is one to one discussion between business coach and the entrepreneur. There are monthly 2 or 4 coaching sessions. In these discussions the agenda is determined based on priorities of the business enterprise and the entrepreneur. A majority of discussions revolves around these points:

  • Strategic Planning.

  • Goals setting and achievement planning.

  • Tactical marketing plan.

  • Strategic Taxation Planning for saving taxes through legal ways.

  • SWOT analysis of the organization.

  • How to increase the profit of the organization ?

  • Seeing whether the size of the organization is optimum.

  • How to prepare the right team and processes so that business can run on a virtual auto-pilot.

  • Any roadblocks or obstacles for the business.

  • Tracking the goal till they are achieved. Like a gym trainer pushes the person towards achieving fitness goals similarly the coach will push the person in ensuring the achievement towards personal goals.

  • Health check of the organization and ensuring that the weak point are taken care of.

  • How to get more time for the entrepreneur so they can do the activities which they love.
