In one-to-one coaching as the name suggests there is one to one discussion between business coach and the entrepreneur. There are monthly 2 or 4 coaching sessions. Tracking the goal till they are achieved. Like a gym trainer pushes the person towards achieving fitness goals similarly the coach will push the person in ensuring the achievement towards personal goals.
Health check of the organization and ensuring that the weak point are taken care of.
How to get more time for the entrepreneur so they can do the activities which they love.
