Bigger business size(than optimum) will also get you less profit as expenses will be more in running a bigger business.

  • Are you aware about the ‘value’ your products and services are adding to the quality of life of your customers. You frequently analyze and take actions for creating more value.

  • With the help of good processes and effective delegation you are able to run your business on auto-pilot.

  • You are able to get sufficient time for yourself.

  • Your 10 years strategic plan is ready. You have derived your one yearly and quarterly goals based on your 10 years strategic plan (in a hierarchical manner using top-down approach). These goals are communicated to your teams.

  • It is a fact that whatever gets measured gets done. You have KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators) defined for each role. Everyone has goals which are derived from organizational goals. Everyone is focused on their goals.

  • To take your company to where it should go you have identified the skills and mindset required by your teams. You have identified the skill and mindset gaps. Your company is taking actions to fill those.

  • People are primarily of three types value-creation-oriented, value-extraction-oriented or value-erosion-oriented. All people in your organization value creating people. You fire people often who are not value-creation-oriented?

  • You have Mission, Vision & Valuesstatements clearly defined and these are communicated to your employees and other stakeholders.
